"WELCOMING GAY MEN FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD"

The Late Birds Lisbon is housed in a completely restored, late-18th century building with twelve very comfortable climate-controlled rooms, lounge, beautiful garden and UV-treated swimming pool.
The idea was to create an urban resort for the gay male community in the heart of Lisbon’s historical center, Bairro Alto and Principe Real, where guests are treated as friends.
The owners designed the Guesthouse to feel welcoming and comfortable, as though you are at home among friends. The decoration combines classical freshness with the contemporary look of Portuguese design. Some memories from the old building and owners' private pieces throughout the common areas provide a friendly atmosphere and a fine gathering place to enjoy socializing with the hosts and other Late Birds guests. The lounge, bar and garden are perfect spaces to celebrate birthdays, gay weddings and special events or just celebrate the warmth of being among friends. As a Late Bird guest, feel free to invite others to join you and be part of the Flock.


LateBird

A bird that usually tends to fly in a flock of twelve.
Usually, Late Birds enjoy socializing, escaping on beach trips, and enjoying the activities of an urban centre.


One thing that is for CERTAIN. Late Birds look out for each other, and if one Late Bird needs another, the whole flock will fly to their same-feathered friend.
Take heed: Late Birds mean business and love all others at the same time.
The Late Bird flew to school, and all the while was thinking about its fellow feathered kin. However, they knew that later that night, during their Late Bird weekly meeting, that the longing of wanting to be in the presence of other Late Birds would be fulfilled and they all (together) would have a grand time and do what Late Birds do best... be awesome.    ;o)
